Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:⪼ Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront and must be made within 24 hours of commission acceptance.
Payments are accepted through PayPal only and must be made in GBP (Great British Pounds).
Do not send any payment until I have explicitly confirmed and accepted your commission request.⪼ Usage Rights and Credits
The commissioner must credit me, the artist, by including a visible link to my profile or portfolio whenever the commissioned artwork is posted or shared publicly (including social media, websites, etc.).
The artwork is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes (e.g., marketing, merchandise, reselling) without prior agreement and additional fees.
You may not claim the artwork as your own under any circumstances.⪼ Refund Policy
Refunds are available but are dependent on the progress of the commission. The amount refunded will be proportional to the amount of work completed.
Once the final product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.⪼ Commission Rejection
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, including but not limited to subject matter or personal circumstances.⪼ Prohibited Uses
My work cannot be used for AI training, AI generators, machine learning projects, or any blockchain-related technologies, including NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).⪼ Process and Communication
I will provide updates during the creation process and allow for minor revisions where needed. Significant changes that require additional time or reworking may incur extra fees.
If you have a specific deadline for the artwork, please let me know before I accept the commission. Rush orders may incur additional costs.⪼ Ownership and Distribution
I, the artist, retain full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to display, post, or use the commissioned piece in my portfolio, social media, or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Unless a commercial license is negotiated separately, you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only (e.g., for profile pictures, wallpapers, etc.).By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
